From the professional beauty industry and music to publishing, operations, and media, my work has always centered on one question: *How do we elevate remarkable people and the ideas that move the world forward?*

Throughout my career, I've collaborated with global brands, interviewed influential artists, founders, executives, and changemakers, and contributed to projects connected to cultural icons including The Isley Brothers, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Marla Gibbs, Lisa Price, and Osunlade. My work and insights have been featured by ABC, CBS, and NBC, and my commitment to preserving meaningful conversations led me to create *Black Women Amplified*, an internationally recognized podcast with more than 175 episodes documenting the stories, wisdom, and leadership of Black women around the world.

Today, as Founder and CEO of Monica Wisdom Media, I build media properties, develop thought leaders, and create platforms that transform knowledge into lasting influence.
